Bach flower remedies are a system of flower essences developed nearly a century ago by Dr Edward Bach, a visionary British physician and homeopath. Dr Bach believed that true health stemmed from harmony between the soul's purpose and the personality's actions, and that when our emotions are in harmony, our bodies follow. Based on this philosophy, flower essences address emotional challenges and offer a natural and gentle approach to supporting emotional balance and wellbeing.
Before your appointment, you will complete a questionnaire to help us understand your current emotions and concerns. During your one-to-one consultation (30 minutes), we will explore your responses in greater depth and identify the flower essences that best reflect your individual needs. Following the consultation, your personalised blend will be carefully prepared for you.
