Experience Mantra Meditation (Kirtan)
Join us and our friends from Mantra Sessions for a welcoming space to experience mantra meditation, also known as kirtan.

We believe kirtan is about connection, not performance. Our aim is to make the practice of kirtan accessible to everyone, bringing people together through mantra, music and community in a relaxed and uplifting environment.

The practice
What is Kirtan?
Kirtan is a form of mantra meditation where ancient Sanskrit mantras are sung together with music. One person leads and everyone is invited to respond, creating a simple, immersive experience that can leave the mind feeling peaceful and the heart uplifted. No experience or musical ability is needed.
Our Kirtaneers
Our kirtaneers come from a range of cultural backgrounds, with some growing up within the Bhakti tradition and others discovering kirtan along the way. What they share is years of experience with the practice and a genuine love for sharing it with others.
