Yoga Classes
Our yoga classes offer a holistic practice for body, mind and soul, combining pranayama, mindful movement, meditation and relaxation. Choose between Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, with classes suitable for all levels. After class, you're welcome to stay for complimentary chai, light snacks and connection with our community.

Mantra Meditation sessions
Our Mantra Sessions are relaxed, welcoming and open to everyone, with no previous experience needed. Enjoy call-and-response kirtan with live instruments, a short interactive Vedic philosophy talk, community connection and a delicious vegetarian meal to share together afterwards. Vegetarian meal included.

Bach Flower Blends Consultations
Bach flower remedies are a system of flower essences developed nearly a century ago by Dr Edward Bach, a visionary British physician and homeopath. He believed that when our emotions are in harmony, our bodies follow. Flower essences address emotional challenges and offer a natural and gentle approach to supporting emotional balance and wellbeing.
Before your appointment, you will complete a questionnaire to help us understand your current emotions and concerns. During your one-to-one consultation (30 mins), we will explore your responses in greater depth and identify the flower essences that best reflect your individual needs. Following the consultation, your personalised blend will be carefully prepared for you.
